      We have observed an issue in SMS delivery (inbound and outbound) over a subset of longcodes and shortcodes in USA (T-mobile, Verizon, AT&T) from 10 Aug 2020 7:18:00 AM IST until 10 Aug 2020 8:07:00 AM IST. Our engineering team has rectified and solved this issue already and the traffic is back to normal.
