We are no longer experiencing the issue of Twilio database errors causing intermittent API errors, billing errors, console errors, and numbers transfer delays. All systems are operational.

We have identified the issue which is causing timeout errors to be returned intermittently when some customers try to access their console and API, and also affecting new customer trial credits and upgrades. Customers may also experience delays when requesting to transfer phone numbers from one account to another.
