      Twilio's Super SIM API was degraded for 20 minutes between 10:50 a.m. and 11:10 a.m. Pacific Time on 3/19/2024. During this period of time customers observed HTTP 500 errors in response to requests to the UsageRecord resource.

      The issue has now been resolved.
