We are experiencing an issue with the Conversations Console missing the Service-Scoped Webhook Configuration tab. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update again in 1 hour or as soon as we have more information.

At this time, there has been no impact to webhook delivery. An identified workaround is to utilize the REST API to modify webhook configurations programmatically.
