      We are still working on resolving the issue causing degraded performance on our account portal; users may still be unable to log in to the Twilio Console. Our engineering team is working diligently to remediate the issue.

      Flex customers who have SSO setup through a 3rd party Identity Provider (Google, Okta, Salesforce, etc.) will be able to log into Flex this way without issue; login from Console is the only login method not working.

      We expect to provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
