Twilio Programmable Messaging API was degraded between 02:09 to 02:11 Pacific Time on 02/08/2024 and 18:06 to 18:08 Pacific Time on 04/08/2024. During this period, customers may have experienced increased latencies and 500 errors. The issue has now been resolved.
