Authy API unavailable for 2.5 minutes

Twilio Authy API and Authy APP was degraded for 2.5 minutes between 16:09:41 and 16:12:11 UTC on 08/12/2024. During the timeframe, the API experienced a significant number of failed requests due to DB connectivity issues. As a result, some customers were unable to initiate or verify their verifications and fetch the status about approval requests. In regard to the app's side, some end-users may have encountered errors in the Authy app. The issue has now been resolved.
