Flex was degraded for 15 minutes between 17:20 and 17:35 Pacific Time on 02/20/2023 and some agents may have experienced issues logging into Flex. We will continue monitoring the service to ensure a full recovery. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
