We are still investigating the source of the problem regarding the missing delivery receipts for long code MMS messages in the US. Our engineers are diligently working to identify the problem and restore service to normal. Next update in 2 hours.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue affecting all long code MMS messages in the US. Affected customers sending long code MMS messages are not receiving delivery receipts. Messages are being delivered but receipts of delivery are missing. We will provide updates as they become available.
