Outbound Voice PSTN call failures across multiple products has been resolved and Programmable Voice in SIP interface, elastic sip trunking, API, Verify, Twilio Flex, and Studio are operating normally at this time.

We continue investigating issues with Programmable Voice. This could be affecting calls using SIP interface, API and also Verify. Customers may face delays and failures when attempting to complete outbound calls. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
