        Missing Data Usage for Programmable Wireless SIMs from December 28 to January 3rd

        Between December 28, 2021 and January 3, 2022, some usage records for Programmable Wireless SIMs were not processed due to an issue when parsing the usage files from our downstream connectivity partner. We will not be reprocessing the usage files from the impacted period. Therefore the usage contained in the unprocessed files will not be reflected in results from Programmable Wireless' UsageRecords API and Console nor will you be charged for the usage. We have fixed the bug that caused these usage records to not be processed properly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause when reviewing your usage.
