Our engineers have identified the issue with Twilio Console and a temporary fix put in place. The Twilio Console users might have degraded experience intermittently while creating/viewing Restricted API Keys and Oauth Applications. Our engineers are working to deploy a permanent fix. We expect to provide another update in 8 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
