We are no longer experiencing 404 errors with Message Log Retrieval. This incident has been resolved.
Update
We continue to experience 404 errors for Message Log GET requests via the API Endpoint '/Messages'. Customers attempting to retrieve message records using the API and only passing the DateSent is less than parameter (DateSent). Our engineers are investigating the issue. We expect to provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
