We are seeing recovery with Super SIM network connectivity issues. Our engineers are working with our network provider to resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

We are seeing recovery with Super SIM connectivity issues. We identified an issue with DNS resolution for the impacted connectivity partner. We reverted back to previously used IP addresses. Devices connecting with Super SIMs that were previously unable to establish a new data connection should now be able to connect. Our engineers are working with our network provider to resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

Update
We are experiencing Super SIM connectivity issues with one of our partners impacting connectivity in multiple countries. Some devices connecting with Super SIMs are unable to establish a new data connection. We have seen a drop in new data connections on 2G and 3G in particular. Markets where we have seen the most impact have been in Australia, New Zealand, and United Kingdom but impact is not limited to those. Our engineering team is actively working with the affected network provider to resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
