      Monitoring
      We have confirmed with our carrier partners that the underlying issue is fixed, and the backlog of queued messages is beginning to be delivered. We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide another update when the queues have cleared, which is expected in approximately 40 minutes.

      Investigating
      We are currently investigating an issue with delays in delivery of SMS messages from US shortcodes to T-Mobile phone numbers. Our engineering team is currently working with our carrier partners to resolve this issue. We will post an update within two hours.
