        Twilio Programmable Voice and Flex was degraded for 6 minutes between 1:35 PM and 1:41 PM Pacific Time on 08/06/2026. During this period of time customers may have experienced 5xx Errors for their API requests to programmable voice end points. The issue has now been resolved.
