We are observing delays in receiving SMS from mobile devices to Twilio Portuguese numbers. Outbound SMS sent from Twilio Portugal numbers to mobile devices are not affected. Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue and will provide additional information as it becomes available.
