Our MMS carrier partner in the United States and Canada is conducting an emergency maintenance from 13 November 2025 at 21:00 PST until 14 November 2025 at 01:00 PST. During the maintenance window, there could be intermittent delays delivering MMS to and from United States and Canada handsets via subset of United States and Canada long codes and short codes.

We are aware of the short notice and are working with our Carrier Partners to provide earlier notification where possible.
