Twilio Elastic SIP Trunking was degraded for 3 hours and 45 minutes between 01:21:29 PM PST and 05:07:06 PM PST on 09/03/2024. During this period, customers may have experienced connectivity or audio issues with trunking originating calls processed from Singapore or Frankfurt edge locations. The issue has now been resolved
