Update

Event Streams subscriptions created during or before 2022 are not returned to the API, CLI or console since May 12th 2024. Event Streams engineers are working to mitigate the issue. Event delivery is working for all subscriptions. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as we have more information.
