Our engineers have identified the issue which has caused users not being able to search sub-accounts by account-sid (when in sub--account context) and are working to deploy a fix. The current workaround is that users can switch back to main account and duly search the account id's. We expect to provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
