      SMS delivery delays was experienced to multiple networks in the US to a subset of shortcodes for 55 minutes between 13:50 and 14:45 Pacific Time on 10/07/2021. During this period, customers may have experienced delivery delays when sending SMS via shortcodes. The issue has now been resolved.
