      We have confirmed recovery of SMS delays towards AT&T and Cricket Mobile handsets from Twilio shortcodes. All systems are now operational.

      We are starting to see recovery of traffic to AT&T and Cricket Mobile handsets. We will continue to monitor the service to ensure that the issue has been fully resolved.

      Investigating
      We are observing elevated delivery delays on SMS towards AT&T and Cricket Mobile handsets from a subset of Twilio shortcodes. We are actively working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. We will provide an update as soon as possible.
