      Our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue with Programmable Messaging. Message functionality is not impacted, but a subset of customers that are on sms6 shard will see API delays fetching their list of messages. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have more information.
