        Investigating

        Our engineers have identified the issue with the Conversations API. Customers may temporarily experience incorrect badge count values on their users devices. These incorrect badge count values are reset when new push notifications arrive or when setting the read horizon for the user. We expect to provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
