      We have experienced issues in Flex Real-Time reporting system for 81 hours between 01:30 on 12/02/2022 and 10:30 on 12/05/2022 Pacific Time. During this period, customers may have experienced inconsistencies in queue stats on Flex. The issue has been resolved and stats should already be fixed.
