Issue causing notifications not being sent to customers when number were ported on 9/15 has been fixed. We will continue to monitor for system stability. We'll provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

We are experiencing delays on port number notifications. Customers that requested numbers porting, and they should be issued on 9/15 are not receiving the confirmation via email. However, phone numbers should be ready and available for configuration. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
