We have fully investigated the HTTP timeout issue for the Voice & Video APIs, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.

Our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue affecting a small subset of customers seeing timeouts when accessing Voice and Video API. A subset of customers could experience HTTP timeout when our platform tries to reach their webhook. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update in 1 hour or as soon as we have more information.
