We are investigating a service interruption from Meta that is disrupting WhatsApp messaging. Customers may experience their message status remaining in a SENT or “DELIVERY UNKNOWN” status. However, the actual outbound message may be delivered, and inbound messages may be delayed. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue.
