Engineers investigated the issue with Google and concluded that the product functions normally. The incident has been resolved.

Engineers have identified the cause of call failures to VirtualAgent through Google and they continue to work on the fix for agents created from 1 PM PST February 28 through 5 PM PST February 29. Agents created or updated after 5 PM PST February 29, or created before 1 PM PST on February 28 will work as expected.
