We are observing recovery in SMS and MMS delivery delays, delivery verification, and delivery report delays from short-codes, a subset of long-codes, and toll-free numbers when sending messages to T-Mobile in the US. After further investigation, we identified that we are experiencing SMS and MMS delivery delays, and delivery report delays from short-codes, a subset of long-codes and toll-free numbers when sending messages to T-Mobile in the US. Customers may also experience delivery verification issues. Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 2 hour or as soon as more information becomes available
