Identified
Super SIM traffic is back to normal levels in the affected European countries, but one of the downstream connectivity partner is operating without redundancy at this moment. They are currently working on bringing back the redundant links and will provide an update in 2 hours. We will continue to monitor and report on any observed drops in Super SIM data sessions.

Update
At approximately 9:15am PDT, we observed a drop of ~5% of active Super SIM data sessions. We have attributed the drop to a failure of a hardware component at the provider's data center. They are actively working to replace it. We observed devices immediately reconnecting successfully to the redundant components. The drop in data sessions is limited to one downstream connectivity partner who primarily handles connectivity for European countries. Therefore, the devices impacted by the drop in data sessions will have been mainly in Europe. We will continue to monitor and report on any observed drops in Super SIM data sessions. We will provide another update in 1 hour or sooner once more information becomes available.
