Twilio and other vendors have seen a significant increase in Voice traffic to and from locations Globally. This has caused cases of intermittent All Circuits Busy and Temporarily Unavailable call failures. While there are no current major outages, we want customers to be aware of this traffic increase and be vigilant for these conditions.

Although this condition does exist, all issues reported to Twilio Support will continue to be investigated fully.
