Update

We have identified the issue in the latest release of Authy Desktop for Windows Version 2.4.0. The version 2.4.0 is no longer available for downloading or uploading. The impacted users should downgrade or re-install version 2.3.0 of the Authy Desktop for Windows. The incident will be closed, however the team will continue to investigate the bug and release the fix as soon as possible.

We continue to observe an issue in the latest release of Authy Desktop for Windows Version 2.4.0 that causes the app to crash for some users.
