        Monitoring

We have identified the root cause for intermittent instability with Flex API. Flex was degraded for 8 minutes between 1:44 AM and 1:52 AM Pacific Time on 03/14/2021. During this period, customers may have experienced high latency with the Flex API. We have increased capacity of the service to address the intermittent instability issues. We will continue to monitor the service. We expect to provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
