Update
Between 9:30am PT and 10:00am PT we saw the number of new data sessions started decrease. At about 10:00am PT we began to observe elevated quantities of events for both data session starting and ending events. Devices may be experiencing some shorter data sessions before they have to re-establish their connection, and reconnections may take longer than previously to successfully complete. However, we have not observed any significant differences in the numbers of devices maintaining active data sessions. We are continuing to investigate the cause of the increased signaling and assessing impact. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

We are experiencing Super SIM connectivity issues. Customers may experience delays in registering to the network. Already established data sessions are not affected. Our engineering team is actively working with the affected network provider to resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 1 hour or sooner once more information becomes available.

We are continuing our investigation and have discovered this issue is related to Super SIM not Programmable Wireless.
