Update

We continue to observe increased call failures towards China handsets. We continue to work with our carrier partner to resolve the issue and will provide additional information as it becomes available.

Investigating

We are observing failures for calls made to China. Calls made from phone numbers in the +8523008 range and all calls originating out of the US, IE, DE, JP, AU and BR regions towards China are currently failing. Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue and will provide additional information as it becomes available.
