We are no longer experiencing message deletion delays. Messages are now removed immediately as soon as a DELETE operation is performed. SMS and MMS are now operating normally. This incident has been resolved.

We are investigating an issue with message deletion. Customers may experience delays in observing messages being deleted from the log after the API returns successful response. We’ll provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as we have more information.
