      We have observed an issue in SMS delivery (inbound and outbound) over a subset of longcodes and shortcodes in USA (T-mobile, Verizon, AT&T) from 10 Aug 2020 11:04 PM PDT until 10 Aug 2020 11:32 PM PDT. Our engineering team has rectified and solved this issue already and the traffic is back to normal.
