-Studio: Increased latency
-Programmable SMS: Increase in 5xx errors for API requests to send messages
-Programmable Video Recordings: 5xx errors
-Programmable Voice Calls: 5xx errors for Voice APIs
-Programmable Voice Recordings: increased errors when updating recording requests
-Programmable Voice Conferences: inability to add participants to conferences
-Verify: 5xx errors returned from the API
