Customers attempting to register new United States A2P Brands and Campaigns on or after March 1 may see elevated registration errors during US business hours, due to heavy demand on US A2P registration systems across the messaging industry. Generic errors such as "General Error with Brand Registration" or "Read timed out" are likely due to transient issues in the registration system, and we recommend retrying any affected registrations, preferably after 5pm Pacific Time / 8pm Eastern Time.
