After investigation with our carrier partner, we have determined that SMS delivery is not impacted, however we are instead experiencing delays in receiving message delivery reports to a subset of Small US Networks in the US via a subset of shortcodes. Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. We expect to provide another update in 24 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
