      On September 4 from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), we will change the address parameter from “optional” to “mandatory” in the Phone Number Provisioning API. During this brownout, API calls to provision regulated phone numbers outside of the US and Canada that do not submit a valid address will fail.
