Our engineers have identified the issue to be an invalid incident as it was the result of a few customers using EOL SDK versions when connecting to wss://endpoint.twilio.com/. Please see https://www.twilio.com/changelog/end-of-life-complete-for-unsupported-versions-of-the-programmable-video-sdk for more information. This incident has been resolved.

Our engineers have identified the issue to be the result of few customers using unsupported SDK versions when connecting to wss://endpoint.twilio.com/ and will provide an update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
