The Sberbank Mobile network in Russia is conducting an emergency maintenance from 18 September 2026 at 13:00 PDT until 18 September 2026 at 14:00 PDT. During the maintenance window, there could be intermittent delays delivering SMS to Sberbank Mobile Russia handsets.
