      Our engineers have identified the issue resulting in HTTP 500s for a very small number of requests to signup for Twilio's Impact Access Program. Support resources will be reaching out to impacted customers directly.

      Attempts to sign up for Twilio’s Impact Access program are resulting in HTTP 500 errors, causing customers to be unable to complete the signup flow. Our engineers are currently investigating. We will provide more information as it is received.
