Twilio Sync Platform and Conversations were degraded between 7:53 AM to 9:22 AM Pacific Time on 01/28/2026. During this period of time customers may have experienced delay in webhooks related to sync object mutations (add, delete, edit) and 404 from Cloudfront in IE1 for any public api calls. The issue has now been resolved.
