        Elastic SIP Trunking Link Not Available in Console Sidebar

        Elastic SIP Trunking link was not available in Console sidebar for 10% of active users and users who signed up between 8/16/2026 and 8/19/2026. During this period of time customers may have noticed a link missing from the Console for Elastic SIP Trunking. The issue has now been resolved.
