Super SIM UsageRecord Resource API was degraded between 06:00 Pacific Time on 09/28/2021 and 20:00 on 10/04/2021. During this period, customers who had been retrieving usage information via the APIs with "hour" granularity and filtering or grouping by "Sim" had not been able to retrieve any data. The issue is now resolved.
