We are no longer experiencing API request delays on the Verify email channel. This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring

We were experiencing API request delays on the Verify email channel from 15:14 to 15:56 PST. Customers requesting email verifications during that time may have experienced high latency on the Verify API and 5XX errors. We are seeing recovery now and will continue to monitor to ensure full recovery.
